Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Villiers affiliate programme. These terms and conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in our programme. By submitting an affiliate application or participating in the programme, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms.

Villiers Jets Limited ("Villiers", "we", "us", "our") operates as a charter broker, arranging private jet travel by connecting customers with third-party aircraft operators.

2. Agreement Term

This agreement begins upon acceptance of your affiliate application and continues until terminated by either party with written notice. Commissions are earned only during the active term of this agreement.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove any Villiers branding or affiliate links.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Standard Commission

Affiliates earn 30% profit share on completed bookings that result from leads you generate. Commission is calculated based on Villiers' profit margin on the booking (total booking value minus operator costs and associated fees).

3.2 Eligible Bookings

Only confirmed and completed flights qualify for commission. Enquiries, quotes, and cancelled bookings do not generate commissions.

3.3 Attribution

Commission is attributed to the affiliate who generated the initial enquiry, tracked via your unique affiliate link (villiers.ai?id=YOUR_CODE). We use session storage to track referrals. Attribution is valid for the duration of the customer's browser session.

3.4 Commission Modifications

We reserve the right to modify commission rates via email notification. Changes will apply to new enquiries generated after the date of notification.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid 14 days after the flight has completed. This allows time to ensure the flight was successfully completed and payment has been received from the customer.

4.2 Payment Methods

• PayPal
• Wire transfer (bank transfer)
• Bitcoin (for eligible affiliates)

4.3 Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is £100 GBP (or equivalent currency). Commissions below this threshold will roll over to the next payment period.

4.4 Payment Disputes

Any disputes regarding commission payments must be raised within 30 days of the payment date. After this period, payments are considered final.

5. Affiliate Dashboard

Your affiliate dashboard at affiliates.villiers.ai provides real-time tracking of:

• Active enquiries and their status
• Quote requests sent to operators
• Confirmed bookings
• Commission earned (pending and paid)
• Performance analytics

Dashboard data is updated daily at midnight UTC. Enquiry statuses include: Pending, In Progress, Pricing Sent, Confirmed, Lost.

6. Promotional Guidelines

6.1 Brand Representation

You must clearly present yourself as an independent affiliate representing Villiers. You may not:

• Claim to be an employee or official representative of Villiers
• Use Villiers branding in a way that suggests direct affiliation
• Create misleading or deceptive advertising
• Make false claims about pricing, availability, or services

6.2 Permitted Activities

• Direct linking to villiers.ai with your affiliate code
• Search engine advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
• Social media promotion
• Content marketing (blogs, articles, reviews)
• Email marketing to your own opt-in lists

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Spyware, adware, spam, or parasiteware
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
• Bidding on Villiers trademark terms in paid search
• Email spam to purchased lists
• Incentivised clicks or fake referrals
• Trademark infringement

7. Restricted Territories

Based on historical conversion data, we request that affiliates avoid targeting the following territories:

• India
• South Africa
• Pakistan

Enquiries from these territories will still be processed, but commission rates may be reduced or not applicable. We may update this list periodically based on performance data.

8. Account Management

8.1 Account Activity

Inactive accounts (no login for 90 consecutive days) may be terminated without notice. To reactivate, you must submit a new application.

8.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your affiliate account credentials. Unauthorised use of your account should be reported immediately.

8.3 Account Sharing

Affiliate accounts are non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another individual or entity.

9. Liability and Indemnification

9.1 Limitation of Liability

Villiers is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate programme. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Villiers Jets Limited from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your breach of these Affiliate Terms or your promotional activities.

10. Termination and Policy Violations

10.1 Immediate Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account immediately for:

• Violation of these Affiliate Terms
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Spam or prohibited promotional tactics
• Damage to Villiers' reputation or brand

10.2 Unpaid Commissions

In the event of termination for policy violations, unpaid commissions may be forfeited at Villiers' discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All Villiers trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of Villiers Jets Limited. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use our branding solely for the purpose of promoting Villiers services as an affiliate.

This licence terminates immediately upon termination of your affiliate account.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Your continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Earnings Disclaimer

While significant earnings are achievable through our affiliate programme, results vary based on effort, marketing skill, and market conditions. Some affiliates may not generate any earnings. We make no guarantee of specific income levels.

Historical performance: Top affiliates earn tens of thousands of pounds per month. Typical monthly earnings average around £5,000 for active affiliates. Your results may differ.
